These guidelines are aligned with global customs regulations, safety protocols, and hazardous materials standards. Please review the list below before scheduling any shipment.

1. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly banned from our shipping network:
- Unlicensed explosives (e.g., fireworks, blasting caps, grenades)
- Uncontained flammable liquids & gases (e.g., petrol, propane, butane)
- Biohazardous materials (e.g., infectious agents, contaminated waste)
- Illicit substances (e.g., narcotics, unregistered pharmaceuticals)
- Unauthorized weapons & ammunition (e.g., firearms, blades exceeding legal length)
- Counterfeit goods, currency, or forged documentation
- Radioactive substances or nuclear waste
- Unpreserved perishable goods lacking cold-chain certification
2. Restricted Items
These items may be shipped under specific conditions and with proper documentation:

- Saudi Arabia – Prohibits alcohol and pork-based products.
- Australia – Restricts untreated wood, plant seeds, and soil samples.
- United States – Limits Cuban-origin goods and certain agricultural imports.
